Mill Offered For Sale
Time to ease into retirement!
We are offering the mill for sale at this time as we would like to move to the next adventure in life. The equipment is available as a complete package & the list is available upon request. We will not be breaking it up to sell individual pieces. This is all industrial type machinery chosen for it's capacity in relation to
physical size.
We will be happy to offer training & support to the new owners.
The mill will continue to operate & process your orders until such time as something shapes up. Our turnaround time may be a bit extended as we do want to slow down a little. We'll have to see as time goes by just how much that may be, we don't anticipate a big difference.

2012 Edition OVWSG Exhibition & Sale
It's that time of year again! The shop will be closed while I'm at the annual OVWSG Sale.
Come see us there.
Hot off the press, I'll have our latest creations with me. Handwoven, custom designed llama jackets, new plush alpaca socks, undyed sock blanks as well as the more familiar items.

New Store Hours
Effective immediately we are going to change our shop's opening hours. We will keep regular hours only during the busiest period of November & December. The rest of the time I will be happy to open anytime, given a call ahead. With the increasing mill work I find it more difficult to make sure I am in the right building on store days. Even if you're in the driveway, just give me a call as I am likely to be not far away. We are making a sign for the front of the store with the phone number on it.
Next time you're out, check out the new plush alpaca socks. I'm working on a photo.
Coming soon............sock blanks. Already hand dyed or ready to dye yourself.

OVWSG Exhibition & Sale
Our store will be closed this week while I'm at the annual Guild sale. Please visit me Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday. I'll have most of our stock with me or can bring something special if you let me know. There will be a couple of new items like our cuddly mohair throws and a lacey jacket, as well as our usual socks, mitts.....................

We will be showing at the Ottawa Valley Weavers and Spinners Guild Exhibition and Sale next weekend. This will be the 60th anniversary of the guild and this event promises to be a special one. Our store shelves at the farm may be a little emptier during the sale, so visit me in Ottawa on Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday.

Changes
Spring 2009 brings more changes as Barb & Ron retire. The big decision has been made and done. Barb can now spend more time at home with the animals which she has really been missing. Watch out Ron - the overseer is back!
Richard & I, are now running the whole mill operation on our own. This certainly presents some scheduling challenges, but so far so good.
